Delivery Information

Keen Office Furniture offers FREE METRO DELIVERY in South Australia (ground floor only) for all online orders. For all other orders we offer a delivery charge of $150 if the order is under $1000 and all orders nationally over $1000 will receive FREE DELIVERY!

If you have any queries on delivery and or want to look at the option of collecting your goods from one of our many CONVENIENTLY LOCATED WAREHOUSES NATIONALLY we can look at this option too. All online orders are supplied flat pack / boxed with assembly required on most items by yourself or after delivery. We do offer an assembly service. If you would like us to assemble the goods please make a note on your order to us and we can call you and quote on this separately

Dispatch of your order will happen within 1 – 10 working days from date or order, depending on the items selected.(COVID 19 has impacted some of our supply chains but we expect this to be a short term issue only). You will receive an email confirmation of your order from us within 24 – 48 hours of placing your order with us indicating an estimated lead time.
